We have created in the FORUM a room where you can post your advices and suggestions about how to quit smoking. Many people want to stop smoking. Some manage to quit smoking very easily, and for some other it will by a real nightmare.

So we thought it will be helpful to create a place in the forum where smokers will help each other in order to quit smoking in the best conditions. You can give “step by step” advice or just write about your own experience, how did you manage to quit smoking? Share your tips and be proud of being one of the successful ones able to QUIT SMOKING

Well, there are many reasons why to stop smoking…

• Ways To Make Quitting Easier   (It’s Not Easy For Most People)

1.   Pick a date to stop, if you can’t stop today. Choose one two to four weeks from now so you can get ready to quit. If possible, choose a time when things in your life will change, like when you’re about to start a break from school. Or just pick a time when you don’t expect any extra stress at school, work or home. Of course life is very unpredictable so you just can’t wait for there to be NO stress in your life. Wouldn’t that be easy.
2.   Make a list of the reasons why you want to quit. Keep that list available so you can look at it when you have a nicotine craving. Make a list of what you like about smoking also.
3.   Keep a record of where, when and why you smoke. You may want to make notes for a week or so to know ahead of time when and why you will crave a cigarette. Plan what you will do instead of smoking (see list above for ideas). You may also want to plan what you’ll say to people who pressure you to smoke.
4.   Throw or give away all of your tobacco. Clean out your room if you have smoked there. Throw or give away your ashtrays and lighters, just get them out of your house and or room.
5.   Tell your friends that you ’re quitting. Ask them not to pressure you about smoking. Find other things to do with them besides smoking. If you have to avoid being around people who smoke, do that for a while. But do let friends know why you are avoiding them. You’re doing this for YOU, not them.
6.   When your stop date arrives, STOP. Plan little rewards for yourself for each tobacco-free day, week or month. Buy yourself a new top, get some new chewing gum, ask a friend to see a movie. Take a friend to get your favorite dessert or decaf… whatever.

1.   Cancer Risk! - Lung cancer kills more women than breast cancer every year in the U.S.
2.   MONEY! It’s expensive (over $1000 a year for a pack a day, an estimation, it can be more)
3.   Bad breath — others do smell it
4.   Stained teeth and fingers
5.   Cough/sore throat 
6.   Breathing problems
7.   Fatigue
8.   Wrinkles (more, sooner than people who don’t smoke)
9.   Arguments with parents, friends who want you to stop smoking.
10.   Heart disease risk, including heart attack, no you’re not too young. 
11.   Gum disease risk
12.   It stinks up your clothes, hair, skin, car, pets, it goes on and on…
13.   Cigarette burns on your clothes or in the house, car, wherever
14.   Risk of second hand smoke to people around you (and your pets too)
15.   Nonsmokers don’t like kissing smokers. There is nothing sexy about smoking.

As we want Will You Dare to be a “community” website, we thought it would also be interesting to put some “breaking” news about what we think is a challenge for humanity.

Well, today we would like to react to MONSANTO activities. For those who don’t know so much about Monsanto, you should run to dailymotion and/or Youtube and watch the latest documentary about Monsanto.

Monsanto wants to be called an “agricultural company” but this is a lie, they are just money makers, and they make money on OUR HEALTH!

Well, lets talk about Monsanto. First of all, it is very important to understand what Monsanto is focused on. They see the human race, the life, the world as a machine. They think you can play with the “genome” of plants, in order to SAVE THE WORLD. Bullshit, Monsanto is the worse company ever created. They are DANGEROUS because they are a very powerful lobby.

Monsanto has been lying to the world exactly the same way as Bush as been lying to the world for the past 10 years. If you want to kill humanity, then you should support MONSANTO. They have only one objective, to take control of the “FOOD CIRCLE”.

In the crazy world we leave in, our governments are only and always focused on the “ECONOMY”, the profit and the loss.

Think about this by yourself, what are you worried about now? You are worried about not being able to drive your pick-up in 20 years because of no more petrol? You are worried because you are not making enough money?
Well, what will you say if from now on the government was telling you “WE WILL ALL STARVE” in 50 years??

No you won’t believe it, cause you trust the world, you trust these people you will never meet or see more than anybody else, cause you voted. You can’t imagine that you voted with your heart, and those people just don’t give a fuck? Well, welcome to the jungle…

No, I am not confident at all about where we are going. Money has taken the ultimate power. So MONSANTO is DANGEROUS AND plays with the genome of the plants, they also play with the genome of the animals, and they don’t even have any problems with it. I mean we make laws for everything except for what is vital, necessary.

This is the DUTY of our governments to take care of health problems, but is probably already too late.

Some sharks understood before the government that the FOOD is the key to everything. You can afford to live without your car, trust me, but can you LIVE WITHOUT EATING!

Stop thinking you can’t do anything about it, because: MONSANTO = SUICIDE

IMPORTANT: For this challenge you must stay 1 hour on site, and YOU MUST HUG AT LEAST 100 PEOPLE in ONE HOUR!
It means we must see you hugging at least 100 different people in the video you will sent us
