Taking part
WillYouDare is a party game for people aged 18 and over. Before starting, make sure everyone playing is an adult and wants to take part. Anyone can decline a question or dare and leave the game at any time. Respect each other’s boundaries and skip any dare that could put someone at risk.
Get permission from anyone who can be identified in a photo before taking or sharing it.
In-app purchases and restoration
The app is free to download. Some packs and modes are available as one-time purchases. Check what the offer includes and its price before confirming your purchase. Payment is processed through Google Play’s billing system.
To recover a purchase on a compatible device, use the Google account that made the purchase and select Restore purchases in the app’s store. If you still cannot access the content, contact us.
Refunds and consumer rights
To request a refund, you can use Google Play support or contact WillYouDare support. Google Play’s refund rules apply subject to your statutory rights.
In France, the withdrawal period for a distance purchase is generally 14 days from the conclusion of the contract. For paid digital content supplied without a physical medium, this right can end early if supply began with your prior express consent, you acknowledged losing the right, and the trader confirmed your consent and acknowledgment on a durable medium.
You retain the mandatory rights provided by applicable law, including the statutory guarantee of conformity for digital content and services where it applies. If purchased content fails to work or does not match the offer, contact us to ask for it to be brought into conformity and, where the law provides, for a price reduction or refund.
Use of the app’s content
You may use the app and its content for personal use. Reproducing, reselling or redistributing its cards, text or illustrations requires the publisher’s permission, subject to the app’s sharing features and exceptions permitted by law.
